Etsy, Etsy hear all about it!

Have you ever had this problem? You go into a store looking for something or have something specific in mind, but you can’t find it? This leads to an agonizing mall trip rummaging through every rack of every store to find the perfect piece of clothing in the perfect size, fit and price? To eliminate the stress, many turn to online shopping. I love online shopping, it’s like window shopping minus the temptation, because you can always get it.

Etsy.com is like an online shopping spree taken to the next level. Not only can you scavenge the clothing section of the site, but you can find something hand made with care (so you don’t have to worry about it breaking) and something that is accustomed directly to your needs! On this website, any user who enjoys making clothes or jewelry can open up a “shop” and display things that they make and sell. Once you find something you like, if it’s in the size you like, you can purchase it using PayPal or another method. If it is not in your size, you can message them and most vendors will custom make one just for you!

This brings me into the second are I wanted to cover this blog: cutoff high waisted shorts. With the 70’s era influence on this spring season, this is by far my favorite trend this year. High waisted shorts make curves look great and shape the body well. With the right amount of bedazzle, rips, or lace this can be perfectly paired with a simple design or sailor-inspired striped shirt. Off the shoulder tops and crop tops also look absolutely stunning paired with these. I just bought floral high waisted shorts and these beautiful Levis cut offs. They are making them in my size right now!
