Spring is coming up as you all know very well. With the rising temperatures, people are slowly breaking free of their cabin fever and the events we look forward to every spring and in preparation are coming up. As we prepare for everyone’s favorite season, there will be a lot of different events and such to attend, and we all want to look good, correct?
When making a first impression, whether it’s meeting someone for the first time, a job interview, or a meeting, what you wear is very critical and reflects the qualities you possess. In this blog I will make suggestions on what to wear on all of the situations you will be facing soon.
First and everyone’s favorite - a girl’s night out! It is scientificaly proven that when women go out, they dress to one-up the other women they are going with, not the impress the men they will be with. So to impress the men (or ladies), a versatile flirty dress will never fail. Florals are very in this season, or try playing with different patterns and animal print. Pair with a carigan or structured blazer, blocky heels, high heeled boots, cute sandals or flatforms. Remember with blazers, you don’t have to always go long-sleeve! Sleeveless and short-sleeve blazers are being seen everywhere!
For meetings or perhaps coffee, lunch or a shopping trip try this: Another look that always works is a silk or ruffle bouse with skinnies or high-waisted jeans. You are looking for a food mix between casual and dressy. Below is a crop top I really want, you can pair this with high waisted jeans, skinnies, or denimn shorts in the summer.
